Lippitt House Museum Evening Guided Tours

Join a guided tour through the elaborately decorated rooms of Lippitt House and explore how Providence’s history shaped the Rhode Island of today.

 
Staff share stories focusing on the people who lived and worked in the house in the 19th century, illustrating ideas about industry, immigration, design and civic engagement. 

Evening tours are offered year-round on the first Thursday evening of every month. From May to October, Lippitt House Museum is open on Fridays and select Saturdays. Capacity is limited and advance reservations are recommended.
