Led by owner and chef Michelle Politano, the restaurant focuses on familiar flavors reimagined—think dishes like steak and cheese egg rolls, penne alla vodka, and house-made desserts—aimed at satisfying vegans and non-vegans alike. Dine-in reservations and online ordering are available, with dinner service Wednesday through Saturday and select Sunday offerings.
