Chair Yoga

Classes will take place every Wednesday at 12:30pm from March 4th – April 8th. Please register only if you plan on attending all six classes. If you are no longer able to attend, please reach out to the instructor at cavallacci@gmail.com .
Chair yoga allows the practitioner to do traditional yoga postures with the support of a chair and yoga props. Chair yoga gives you the same benefits as regular yoga; flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation and mental clarity.
Chair yoga classes are for adults. They are held on the main floor, which is accessible via a ramp. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor Danielle Cavallacci. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
