Are you ready to challenge yourself, empower youth, and create a more equitable community with the Racial Justice Collective?

This youth-led workshop is designed to enhance participants’ cultural awareness by exploring how day-to-day interactions, even the subtle and unintentional, can be perceived as insensitive or insulting. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to identify microaggressions, cultivate self-awareness, understand the impact, encourage accountability, and strategize for intervention.

These youth-led workshops are facilitated by highly trained youth leaders participating in a collaboration between Diversity Talks and Rhode Island for Community and Justice. The admission fee will go towards both organizations. Leamore about RICJ and DT below:
